Council of Architecture conducting the National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA) Phase 1 on August 29, 2020 (Saturday) is set to display Answer Key. CoA would display NATA Phase 1 exam 29th August answer key (Shift 1 and 2) solutions at website nata.in. Students appear in the NATA Phase 1 exam held on August 29, 2020 (Saturday), can download the answer key with detailed analysis, after the release. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) scheduled on 29 August, held successfully to measure the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of Architecture.
CoA conducts the NATA 1 2020 examination in Computer Based Test mode carrying questions from PCM & General Ability test and Cognitive skills for Drawing and visual composition.
After the NATA examination, answer key of PTQ (Part A) and MCQ portion (Part B) would be available in public domain. Before publication of NATA result 2020, the response sheets of each candidate will be uploaded along with Part-wise mark(s) secured, at the website www.nata.in. For those questions which have multiple answers, the answers and their weightage as fixed by the Council shall be treated as final. There will be no provision for post publication scrutiny and /or review and any request after publication of the result will not be entertained
NATA Phase 1 Exam 29 August Analysis:
NATA Phase 1 examination held in two shifts on Saturday. Examination in both the shifts having one intermission of 3 minutes, held successfully across all the examination centres. NATA Phase 1 examination held in two shift- first shift commencing at 10.00 am to 10.45 am and 10.48 am to 12.00 noon and second shift from 12.30 pm to 01.15 pm and 01.18 pm to 02.30 pm.
The First shift/ session scheduled on 29.08.2020 (Saturday) conducted at place of residence/ stay of candidates only between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon (2 hours). The examination was consisting of a grand total of 200 marks. The first 45 minutes was allotted to Part B (75 Marks) carrying MCQs from PCM and General Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

The last 72 minutes of NATA Phase 1 examination were allotted to Part A of total 125 Marks (10.48 am to 12.00 noon). The Part A consisted of Cognitive Skills Test (PTQ) carrying three sections- 1 Question X 17 marks (12 min) (PTQ), 3 Questions X 16 marks each (12 min each) and (MCQ) 6 Questions X 10 marks each (4 min each), successfully held.
NATA Result preparation / Cut off marks-
Results will be available in the website nata.in which will be announced in various electronic/printing media before declaration of results. The result sheet will display the following- Marks obtained in each Part of the exam and out of 200. Pass/ Fail Qualifying marks for NATA-2020 would be based on the following rules- A minimum of 32 marks out of 125 marks must be secured in Part A (approximately 25%).

A minimum of 18 marks out of 75 marks must be secured in Part B (approximately 25%) 3. Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council.
