The National Testing Agency (NTA) holds Joint Entrance Examination Main or JEE Main on fifth consecutive day on September 5, 2020. Agency conducts JEE Main Online Computer Based Exam for Paper 1 (B.E/ B.Tech) in two shifts i.e Morning shift and Afternoon shift. Candidates who answer the NTA JEE Main examination on Sept 5, 2020 after the examination can check the Answer key and question paper analysis section wise.
The analysis of JEE Main Paper 1 carrying Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics section along with level of asked questions would be displayed. Students reactions from the examination centre & tentative percentage of present/ absent students in 5th September exam, would also be displayed.
On September 5, the National Testing Agency conducts the 1st shift Joint Entrance Exam (Main)- 2020 in Forenoon (09:00 Hours up to 12:00 Hours). The National Testing Agency JEE Main Paper 1 exam concluded at 12:30 pm for the B.Engg / B.Tech students. The examination was held at 605 Centers and Paper 2 B.Arch / B.Plan. at 489 Centres in 224 cities across the country.
JEE Main 5 Sept 1st Shift Paper Analysis:
NTA JEE Main September 5, examination held in morning shift was carrying a total three sections of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Each question was carrying a maximum 4 marks.

In chemistry section 13 questions were asked from Class 11th syllabus and about 12 questions were from Class 12th. Each question carries a maximum 4 marks. There is negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer- In Chemistry section a total 7 questions from Organic Chemistry, 8 questions from Inorganic Chemistry and 10 from Physical Chemistry, a student said. In Chemistry questions from Metallurgy and Enwhitement were combined. Question on Activation Energy, Physical Chemistry was a bit tricky for the students. Questions from Organic chemistry were more wherein question based on Amino Acid, Antihistamine drug mechanism had a good difficulty level. In Inorganic Chemistry, Coordination, Lanthanide and S-Block questions were asked and a bit easy.
In physics section 10 questions were asked from Class 11th and about 15 questions were asked from Class 12th syllabus- General Physics & Experiments- 2 Questions, Optics- 4 questions, Thermal Physics- 2 questions, Mechanics- 6 questions, Electro-Magnetism- 6 question, Modern Physics-3 question and 2 question was from Electronics & Communication. In Physics several questions were based on NCERT topics. In one question of Displacement, it was 100/21 which was asked to be made N/21.

In Mathematics- A total 9 questions from Class 11 Maths syllabus and 14 questions from Class 12 syllabus, were asked- Algebra- 5 Questions, Trigonometry- 2 Questions, Coordinate Geometry- 6 Questions, Differential Calculus- 4 Questions, Integral Calculus- 5 Questions, Vectors- 3 Questions. In Math, question based on Integration took less time while Probability and Statistics questions were also termed easy.
