Indian Institutes of Technology IITs are set to display JEE Advanced Answer key 2020 of Sept 27 online Paper 1 and 2. Conducting Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced) 2020 successfully on Sept 27, 2020 (Sunday) in 222 cities, Agency would display answer key at web site jeeadv.ac.in. Ahead of the display of official Answer key, a detailed analysis of JEE Advanced Paper 1 & 2 is going to be provided to help students to assess the performance. Several Coaching Institutes including FIITJEE, Resonance, Allen and Aakash also displays un-official solutions, only after the examination.

IITs conduct JEE Advanced 2020 exam in Computer based mode at allotted centres across the country. Candidates appear for the JEE Advanced 27 Sept Paper 1 (From 9 am to 12 noon) and Paper 2 (from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, can check the availability of JEE Advanced Paper 1 / 2 keys along with Paper analysis of Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics asked questions. An intimation in regards to the publication of the JEE Advanced Provisional Answer key, Objection and final solution key to be published in due course.

About 1.6 lakh candidates who have registered for the Paper 1 & 2, appeared in the JEE Advanced 2020. A more than 30,000 candidates took the JEE Advanced in Bihar state alone. The JEE Advanced 2020 Examination was conducted with an aim to shortlist candidates for Admissions into Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) in Undergraduate and Integrated Engineering/ Technology programmes.

The Candidates who appear for the JEE Advanced 2020 Paper 1 & 2 will be eligible to view JEE Advanced 2020 Answer key from web site- jeeadv.ac.in. The responses of the candidates who have appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, recorded during the exam, will be available for them to view, download and print from the JEE (Advanced) 2020 candidate portal (to visit candidate portal, go to https://jeeadv.ac.in). The provisional answer keys for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be displayed on the JEE (Advanced) 2020 online portal. After the display of provisional answer keys, the candidates may submit their feedback, if any, on the candidate portal, after considering which a final answer key will be displayed on the website.

JEE Advanced 27 Sept Live Updates:

Carrying a total Only pens, pencils, drinking water in transparent bottle, downloaded admit card and an original photo identity card are allowed to be taken inside the examination hall. Candidates will NOT be allowed to carry any electronic devices (e.g. mobile phones, smart phones, calculators, iPAD, tabs, digital
watches, usb drives, etc.), abacus, slide rule, log books, study material of any type, geometry box, written or white (blank) paper/piece of paper, wallets.

No biometric this year- In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the organizing authority had decided to scrap biometric verification of the candidates appearing in the exam. Students were only undergo thermal testing / screening at the entry point at exam centre. Candidates' body temperature recorded more than normal i.e (37.5 °C/99.4 F) and displayed Covid-19 symptom, were allowed to take exam seated in an seperate room, as per SOP.

Candidates weared mask and carrying hand sanitizer (up to 50 mL in a transparent bottle) were allowed inside the Examination hall. Social distancing and safety protocols were followed inside and outside the examination hall. Candidates must report to the examination centres well in advance, and carry out the requisite formalities which will be mentioned in the admit card. Examination centres shall remain open from 07:00 IST.

JEE Advanced 27 Sept Paper Analysis:

JEE (Advanced) 2020 will consist of two question papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2 of three hours duration each. Both papers are compulsory. Each question paper will consist of three separate sections, viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Paper 1 Concludes at 1200 Hours: JEE Advanced is being held at 25 centres in Bihar State alone. JEE Advanced Paper 1 concludes at 12 hours which will be followed by Paper 2 beginning from 2:30 pm onwards. The Exam comprised of 4 questions in Single Correct Option mode, 8 questions in One or more option(s) part and 6 questions from Numerical Value Answer type.
