IAF Group X, Y Answer Key 2020: 8 November STAR Exam Question Paper Analysis

Central Airmen Selection Board (CSAB) shall release IAF Group X and Group Y (STAR 1/2020) online exams Answer key. Board on November 8, concludes the IAF STAR examination (Phase 1) for Group X, Group Y, and Group X and Y (both). The examination was conducted at allotted exam centres in National Capital and other states. Concluding the online examination, Selection Board is expected to release Indian Air Force Group X and Y (4-8 November)  Answer key.

The intimation regarding the publication of solution, result and Interview (GD), and medical test would be facilitated at airmenselection.cdac.in. Candidates appear for the Indian Air Force Group X or Y or both in November 8, 2020 held shift 1/ 2 /3 exam can have a look at the question paper analysis.

CSAB on November 8 conducts IAF STAR online examination following the social-distancing norms. The examination was conducted in Computer Based Mode in multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). The examination is conducted for the 5th consecutive day, started from 4 November 2020. The examination is conducted on Computer Screen, for shortlisting the candidates for the Group X and Group Y cadres, in Indian Air Force.

IAF Group X/ Y phase 1 online test consisted of 70 questions for Group X, 50 Questions for Group Y, and 100 questions for Group X and Y both. In STAR 1/2020  examination Group X time duration allotted was of 60 Minutes. A total 20 questions from English, 20 from Physics and 25 from Mathematics were asked. Whereas, for IAF Group Y online exam a total 50 questions in a time duration of 45 minutes were asked to answer. In Group Y exam 20 questions from English and 30 questions from Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA), were to answer.

Ahead of the declaration of the STAR 1/2020 Phase 1 result for Group X and Group Y, CDAC Indian Air Force shall likely facilitate solutions/ Answer key of the 8 November 2020 exams. Candidates shall download the provisional / final Answer key from the airmenselection.cdac.in portal.

On the November 8, 2020 CDAC board conducts Indian Air Force Group X, Y and both group Online examination. The questions put in the online computer based test for Group X, Y were from following sections- 

Mathematics: Questions from Sets, Relations and functions, Trigonometric Functions, Inverse Trigonometric Functions, Quadratic Equations, Permutations and Combinations, Sequences and Series, Cartesian system of rectangular co-ordinates. Straight lines, Circles and family of circles, Conic sections, 3-dimensional Geometry, Matrices and Determinants, Limit and Continuity , Differentiation, Indefinite integrals,  Definite Integrals, Applications of the Integrals, Dfferential Equations, Vector, and Probability.

Physics: Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Gravitation, Thermodynamics, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Oscillations and Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current, Electro Magnetic Waves, Optics, Atoms and Nuclei, Electronic Devices, and Communication System.
