IAF Group X, Y Answer Key 2020: 4 & 5 November STAR 1/2020 Phase 1 Online exams Paper Analysis

CSAB, Indian Air Force is all set to release Indian Air Force Group X and Y Answer key (STAR 1/2020) for 4 and 5 November exams. CSAB Board shall display STAR 1/2020 online exam answer key of 4 and 5 November held Group X/ Y multi-shift exams at website.

Central Airmen Selection Board (CSAB), Indian Air Force would display November 4 and 5 held Group X & Y (STAR 1/2020) online exams Answer key. After successfully holding the IAF STAR online exam, CSAB shall likely release the Phase 1 Online exam solutions for Group X, Group Y, and Group X and Y (both) at airmenselection.cdac.in. Candidates appear for the Indian Air Force Group X or Y or both in shift 1/ 2 /3 can go through the shift wise Nov 4, Nov 5, 2020 question paper analysis here.

CSAB on November 4 and 5 conducts IAF STAR online examination following the social-distancing norms. The examination was conducted in Computer Based Mode in multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). IAF Group X/ Y phase 1 online test consisted of 70 questions for Group X, 50 Questions for Group Y, and 100 questions for Group X and Y both. In STAR 1/2020  examination Group X time duration allotted was of 60 Minutes. A total 20 questions from English, 20 from Physics and 25 from Mathematics were asked. For Group Y online exam a total 50 questions in a time duration of 45 minutes were supposed to answer. In Group Y exam 20 questions from English and 30 questions from Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA), were to answer.

Ahead of the declaration of the STAR 1/2020 Phase 1 online exam result for Group X & Y, CDAC Indian Air Force shall likely facilitate solutions/ Answer key of the 4 and 5 November 2020 exams. Candidates shall download the Provisional / Final Answer key from the airmenselection.cdac.in portal. Here the students can grab solutions of Shift 1, Shift 2, and Shift 3 online exams held on November 4 and 5.

For both Group X & Y a total 100 questions including 20 from English, 25 from Physics, 25 from Mathematics and 30 from Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA) were to answer. A total 100 questions each carrying one mark were to be answered in a time duration of 85 minutes.

English: Questions in this section were asked from English Grammar, Para jumbles, Direct Indirect Speech, Active and Passive Voice, Comprehension, Multiple Meaning /Spotting of Error, Fill in the blanks, Vocabulary, Synonyms and Antonyms, Idioms and Phrases, Basic Grammar (Preposition, Conjunctions, and Part of Speech).

Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA): Question in this section were from Mathematical Operations, Distance and Direction Test, Numerical series, Number coding, Number Puzzle, Number, Ranking & Time Sequence Test, Dictionary woods, Non- Verbal Reasoning, Number, Ranking & Time Sequence Test, Assign Artificial Values to Mathematical Digit, Coding & Decoding    Inserting Correct Mathematical sign, Odd-one-Out, Blood- Relations, Mutual relation problems and Analogy.

Mathematics: Questions include Sets, Relations, and functions, Mathematical Induction, Permutation AND Combination, Binomial Theorem, Matrices and Determinants, Linear Programming and Vector, Trigonometric Functions,Cartesian system of rectangular co-ordinates, Definite & Indefinite Integrals, Differentiation, Probability & Statistics, Mensuration– Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, and Data Interpretation.

Physics: Questions include Kinematics, Behaviour of Perfect Gases and Kinetic Theory of Gases, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current, Thermodynamics, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Communication system, Gravitation, Work, Power, and Energy.
