CTET 20 Dec Exam Analysis; Paper 1 Answer key

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has conducted the CTET 2021 Paper-1 Exam Today, on December 20 in the 1st shift. The computer-based test is reportedly held successfully from 09:30 am to 12:00 pm at all the designated centers. Now that the CTET paper 1 exam is over, online educators have come up with the answer key and paper analysis of the CTET December 20 shift 1 (PRT) paper. Candidates who appear in the CTET exam for paper-1 can now go through the analysis and possible solutions.

As far as the report from the examination center is concerned, the candidates were reported reaching the exam center at least 2 hours before the examination. Candidates were only allowed wearing face masks inside the exam centre. At the entry point, candidates were frisked of any electronic gadgets.

According to the schedule, CTET 2021 exam will be conducted from December 16, 2021, to January 13, 2022. The exam is scheduled into 2 shifts- shift 1 from 9:30 am to 12 noon and shift 2 from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

However, the exam scheduled to be held on December 16 shift 2, and December 17 were postponed due to technical glitches. While releasing the postponement notice, CBSE stated that the examination shifts starting from Monday, 20th Dec 2021 will be conducted as per schedule. 

CTET December 20 Paper 1 Analysis:

It is reported that today's CTET paper-1 was average in level. The exam consisting of 150 multiple-choice questions was held successfully carrying questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Candidates were given a total of 150 minutes to attempt all the questions.

It is reported that the questions asked in the 20th December CTET paper-I were based on the aforesaid topics from the syllabus. Many of the questions were based on the NCERT syllabus but their difficulty standard was up to the secondary stage. Here is the paper insight of today's exam-

  • Child Development and Pedagogy: 30 questions (Moderate level)
  • Language I: 30 questions (Easy level)
  • Language II: 30 Questions (Difficult level)
  • Mathematics: 30 questions (Moderate level)
  • Environmental Studies: 35 questions (Average level)
