Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has successfully conducted the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) 2021 for the post of Head Constable. The OMR-based LDCE HC Exam is reported as 'difficult' in level. The serving CRPF personnel who appeared in the LDCE exam can now check the paper analysis and views shared by one of the personnel on the examination. The official answer key shall be released soon by the CRPF on its website crpf.gov.in.
Sharing his views, Amit Foji, a CRPF personnel said that the Head Constable (GD) LDCE Examination was comparatively tough and complicated to the last LDCE exam held in the year 2016.
"Head Constable LDCE exam was tough in difficulty level. The exam was also conducted with a changed pattern. Hindi paper section was complicated even for the Hindi region employees," he added.
According to the ongoing provisions, the candidates have to qualify in each paper or subject to successfully qualifying through the CRPF LDCE 2021. However, it is expected that the condition to pass in each subject might be revoked as the LDCE 2021 paper was quite difficult. The final decision will only be taken by the organizing committee of CRPF.
The examination is reportedly held successfully on the scheduled date i.e December 27. The question paper consisted of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from different subjects including Hindi, General Knowledge, etc. It should be noted that the official answer key of LDCE will be displayed online on the CRPF official website crpf.gov.in. In order to check the key, candidates are advised to keep a continuous check on the site.
Subject-Wise Qualifying Criteria:
The ongoing selection process for the LDCE is that a candidate has to pass in each of the subjects by securing minimum qualifying marks. In case the number of employees passing the CRPF LDCE 2021 exam is higher, the qualifying criteria would remain the same. While if the number remains less, the committee might decide to revoke the ongoing subject-wise qualifying criteria.
