CBSE Class 12 Accountancy Answer Key 2021; Term-1 Question Paper Insight, Analysis & Difficulty Here

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has conducted the Class 12 term-1 Accountancy exam today, December 13. The OMR-based exam for Accountancy subject code- 055 is reportedly held successfully from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Students who appear in the Class 12 Accountancy paper can now check the exam analysis and unofficial answer key released by the exam experts. Once the term-1 exams are over, the authentic answer key will only be released by the central board on its website cbse.nic.in.

Based on the students' feedback on today's exam, the Accountancy paper was a bit difficult. The paper contained three parts – 1, 2, and 3. Part 1 in the Accountancy term 1 paper was compulsory for all the students. While among Part 2 and Part 3 students were given choice to attempt one part either Analysis of Financial Statement or Computerized Accounting.

According to the media reports, the Class 12 Accountancy paper is held following board guidelines. Students were allowed to report carrying black/ blue ballpoint pens at the examination centers 30 minutes before the examination.

CBSE Class 12 Accountancy Paper Analysis:

The board exam for the Class 12 Accountancy paper is held for a maximum of 40 marks. The question paper was carrying MCQ type questions. Students were given 90 minutes time duration to attempt all the questions. They were required to mark the correct response that is A, B, C, or D in the OMR sheet. According to the proposed exam scheme, all questions carry equal weightage. There is no provision of negative marking in the examination.

In the term-1 Accountancy paper, questions were asked from topics including- Accounting for Partnership Firms, Company Accounts, Analysis of Financial Statements/ Computerized Accounting.
