BPSC APO Answer Key 2021: 7 February GS, Law Qustion Prelims Paper Analysis & Review

The Bihar Public Service Commission or BPSC conducts Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Prelims examination on Sunday, Feburary 7. The examination is held successfully at designated centres in the state of Bihar. Moving ahead with the schedule BPSC is expected to release the Answer key of Assistant Prosecution Officer (Prelims) exam, at www.bpsc.bih.nic.in. Official notice regarding the publication of set A, B, C & D Question paper, answer key and challenges against the preliminary key to be made available in due course.

According to the reports the Bihar Public Services Commission conducted APO Prelims exam on Sunday, Feb 7 at exam centres designated by the Commission. BPSC APO Preliminary examination is organized adherent to the social-distancing & other Covid19 guidelines, issued by MHA, Government of India. In order to ensure adherence to all the Covid-19 guidelines for a large number of candidates, Commission holds OMR based written examination at the enhanced number of exam centres across the state.

Candidates appear for the BPSC APO exam have a look at the analysis of 7 February held APO General Studies, Law papers. A detailed analysis of the examination is hereby shared. From experts' review of paper to the candidates' comment on paper difficulty level, also facilitated.

BPSC APO Paper 1 (GS) Analysis: The First shift paper is held from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at designated centres. According to the reports, a total of 100 Questions from General Studies were to be answered by the candidates in a time duration of 2 Hours. Questions in MCQ format were asked from- General Science on everyday life, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Geography, Indian History & Culture, and Indian Political System.

Questions in Preliminary exam going to asked from General Science, Current Affairs - International & National importance. The General Studies included a total 100 Questions from Indian History, History of Bihar state, Indian Geography, Geography of Bihar, Bihar Culture, Indian polity, Indian economy and Bihar's economy, Indian Freedom Movements.

BPSC APO Paper 2 Analysis: The questions in 2nd shift (Law) were asked in objective type format. The exam consists of a total of 150 questions related to fundamental knowledge of the Indian Constitution, Indian Penal Code, 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

"The overall difficulty level of 1st shift exam was Moderate, whereas the Law paper was found difficult comparative to the GS paper", a student said after the examination.
