The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) on Wednesday successfully conducts the 65th Combined Competitive Examination (Mains) 2019. Organizing the written examination on November 25, BPSC is expected to release the official Answer key for General Hindi and GS Paper 1 after concluding the 65th CCE Main exam. Candidates appear for the November 25, shift 1 and 2 examination can check the availability of Paper booklet code wise solutions, Question paper analysis and availability of official Answer key, at bpsc.bih.nic.in.
As per the schedule, BPSC successfully conducts on November 25, 2020 the written examination in two shifts for the candidates declared eligible for the 65th Combined Main exam at allotted exam centres. The examination is organized following the social-distancing and Covid-19 safety protocol. As many as 6,517 candidates have qualified for the BPSC 65th Mains examination. The 65th Combined Main exam will be held on 25, 26 & 28 November 2020, according to the revised notice.
BPSC 65th mains exam on November 25, is held in two shifts, 1st from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2nd from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. First shift examination is conducted for the General Hindi subject, carrying a maximum 100 marks and second shift exam is conducted for the General Studies (GS) Paper 1. The maximum marks in the GS Paper 1 are 300. According to the BPSC Mains schedule and fixture set by Commission, for each paper a time duration of 3 hours is allotted to candidates to answer the respective paper.
A time duration of 3 Hours was given to complete the each paper i.e General Hindi and GS Paper 1. The General Hindi paper was only asked in Hindi subject, whereas, General Studies question paper was available in Hindi and English both the languages. The Shift 1 exam for General Hindi is Qualifying in nature.

Shift 1: The shift 1 examination began at 9.30 am and lasted at12.30 pm. The questions asked in General Hindi paper were objective type Multiple Choice Based questions.
Shift 2: Second shift exam began at 2.00 pm and lasted at 5.00 pm. A total 3 hours time was given to candidates (except PWD) to write the General Studies Paper 1, consisted of a maximum 300 marks.

Note- It should be noted by the candidates that General Hindi paper is qualifying in nature and the final scores of the 65th Combined Competitive Mains Examination will be based on the marks obtained in GS Paper 1, GS Paper 2, and Optional Paper.
