Assam Police holding the SI (UB) written examination on November 22, would release Answer key. SLPRB board on November 22, Sunday successfully conducts the OMR based exam for the post of Sub-Inspector for Male and Female.

State Level Police Recruitment Board, Assam (SLPRB) would be releasing the answer key for 22 November held Sub Inspector (UB) exam. Board shall display Assam Police SI (Unarmed Branch) answer key along with the notice to challenge provisional key at website Candidates appear for the Assam Police SI written examination held from 12 - 2 pm, can check the availability of Paper Booklet code wise solutions at the official site

Ahead of the publication of official Answer key, a detailed analysis of the Assam Police Sub Inspector 22 November question paper along with students' reactions and experts' views on the paper difficulty level, is facilitated. Candidates after writing the examination share opinions regarding the difficulty level of written exam, weightage of questions from the respective sessions. Security and safety protocols being followed at the examination hall.

More than 62,000 candidates appear in the written examination for the recruitment of Assam Police sub-inspectors for the second time on Sunday, two months after a question paper was leaked. An Assam Police spokesperson said that over 62,000 candidates have downloaded admit cards for the written examination for 597 posts of unarmed sub-inspectors at 150 centers in all districts across the state.

According to the fixture, candidates were to report at the entrance of the examination venue minimum 2½ hours (Two and a half hours) prior to the starting time of the exam. Students were only allowed entry up to 9:30 am, due to COVID-19 Protocols. Candidates were only allowed in the examination hall carrying ball point pens (black), pencil, eraser, face mask, spectacles, if used by the Candidate, I-Cards, photo copy of I-card, post card size photographs, and admit card.

SLPRB conducts the SI exam on November 22 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 pm. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 597 Sub-Inspector (UB) in Assam Police including 418 male candidates and 179 female candidates. Recruitment for Sub-Inspector (UB) in the Assam Police, in pursuance of the earlier Advertisement issued on 11.4.2018.

The timing of exam was from 12 pm to 2 pm. Written test was of 2 (two) hours. Assam Police SI written exam is conducted in offline mode using OMR sheet. The paper will be divided into three parts (i) Logical reasoning, aptitude, comprehension (ii) Matters relating to History and Culture of Assam and India, and (iii) General Knowledge. Here's the section wise distribution and paper analysis-

Reasoning- Questions were asked from Analogies,  Similarities,  Space visualization, Problem solving, Analysis and Judgment, Decision-making, Visual memory, Discrimination, Observation, Relationship, Concepts, Arithmetical reasoning, Verbal and figure classification, Arithmetical number series, Arithmetical computations, Analytical functions, Syllogistic reasoning, and Seating Arrangement

Aptitude and Comprehension- Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and de-coding, Problem Solving Techniques, Statement & Conclusion, Arithmetic reasoning, Arithmetical number series, and non-verbal series.
