Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) has published answer key for AP EAMCET (Engineering/ Agri-Medical) on Sept 26. Concluding the Online Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) on Sept 25, Nodal agency releases preliminary answer key for Sept 17- 23 held AP EAMCET Engineering exam and Sept 23-25 held EAMCET Agriculture/ Medical courses at its web site. Students who have appeared for the JNTU Kakinada held EAMCET 2020 Engineering/ Agriculture/ Medical, are able to check the Response sheet/ Preliminary Answer key along with Objection intimation, from web site sche.ap.gov.in.
Nodal University has conducted EAMCET 2020 examinaton on Sept 25, 2020 in two shifts (Forenoon and Afternoon). JNTU on behalf of the AP SCHE conducted the Computer Based test at 144 examination centres in Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Telangana. AP EAMCET 2020 (Engineering) was held between 17 to 23 Sept, 2020 and for Agricultural/ Medicine, the exam was held from 23 to 25 Sept, 2020. Above 3 lakh candidates had registered for the Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Entrance Test. As many as 1,56,699 candidates appeared for the EAMCET exam for Engineering stream with a 86.52 per cent on last date i.e Friday. With regards to the Agriculture and Medicine, as many as 75,834 students appeared for the Exam out of a total 87,652 candidates.
According to the schedule, JNTU displays provisional answer key for AP EAMCET 2020 on Sept 26, 2020 with an aim to invite objections from the candidates, before the finalization to the EAMCET Result. Candidates are provided opportunity to raise objections against the Preliminary key, if any, within the stipulated time period specified by the JNTU. Ahead of the publication of the Result, JNTU displays EAMCET Answer key today, i.e Sept 26, 2020 at official web site.

AP EAMCET-2020 has been conducted in multiple sessions based on the syllabus prescribed, same pattern for candidates having same eligibility criteria. A candidate will be eligible to appear only in one session. Since the question paper will be different for each session, there is a possibility that the candidates compare themselves about the variation in the difficulty level of questions. However, it may be noted that utmost care will be taken so that all the papers are of same standard. Further, it is decided to adopt a normalization process to eliminate any such variations in the difficulty level of various sessions. The Normalization procedure that has been adopted for AP EAMCET-2017,2018 & 2019 is being continued for AP EAMCET-2020 also.
AP EAMCET Cut off 2020:
The qualifying percentage of marks for the AP EAMCET-2020 is 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking. However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed.
Criteria for Ranking:
The candidates who secure qualifying marks in AP EAMCET-2020 and candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the marks secured in AP EAMCET-2020 and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination. For the preparation of merit list, in case of more than one student securing the same combined score obtained as mentioned above, the tie shall be resolved to decide the relative ranking by successively considering the following
