The Indian Air Force concludes the AFCAT 01/2021 exam, conducting the third and last day exam on February 22. The first shift computer-based test for the AFCAT exam is reportedly held successfully at centers allotted by the IAF. As the 1st shift examination lasted at 12:00 Noon for Paper 2 (EKT) an analysis of the asked questions in common AFCAT paper and EKT paper with the difficulty level and review is hereby being facilitated.
Based on the feedback received from the candidates from exam centers, after the AFCAT 22 February 1st shift exam, the overall level of the paper was 'Easy' compared to the Sunday shift 1 and 2 exams. According to the experts, as many as 100 multiple-choice type questions were asked in Paper 1 to answer in a time duration of 120 minutes. Similarly in Paper 2 (Engineering Knowledge Test), as many as 50 questions were asked and the level of the paper was Moderate.
A review of the third or last Day exam of the AFCAT is being shared with the help of experts. Asked questions from General Awareness, General Awareness, English Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability and Reasoning, and Military Aptitude Test in the 1st and 2nd shift exams are assessed with the section-wise and overall difficulty level.
AFCAT 1/2021 first shift exam started at 9:00 am and lasted at 11:00 am. The examination is conducted following the Social-distancing and other Covid19 tackling guidelines released by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The duration of the examination was 2 hours. Whereas 1 hour was given to answer Paper 2 Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).
AFCAT Paper 1: According to the reports, AFCAT paper 1 was common for all candidates has lasted at 11:45 AM with a time duration of 2 hours. The maximum marks in the AFCAT Paper 1 were 300 in total. According to the experts, the overall difficulty level of the first shift Paper 1 & 2 examinations was 'Easy'.
The examination consisted of 100 Multiple Choice Questions carrying a maximum of 300 marks. The candidates were to answer the Paper 1 exam in a time duration of 2 hours. In the AFCAT 1/2021 examination questions were asked from General Awareness, English Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability and Reasoning, and Military Aptitude Test.
Paper 2 (EKT)- Questions were asked from Mechanical, Computer Science, and Electrical & Electronics. There were a total of 50 questions that were asked in paper 2. Each question carried a maximum of 3 marks, with total of 150 marks as the maximum.
