National Health Mission, Haryana is expected to release Community-Health Officer admit card Today i.e Thursday. The admit cards will be released and can be downloaded from the NHM official website i.e. www.nhmharyana.gov.in w.e.f. 04 March 2021 by 3:00 pm onwards. After the display of admit cards of eligible candidates, they can view/ download their hall tickets online using their Registration details.
For all the enrolled Applicants, who have applied for 671 posts of Mid-level Health Providers-cum-Community Health Officer in response to the Advt. No. 1/2020-21(HWC-CP)/7026, the admit cards would be releasing on 4th March 2021, at http://www.nhmharyana.gov.in. Online written for the posts of CHO will be held on 7th March 2021.
After downloading their admit cards, all the Candidates will have to required to bring a hard copy (print out) of their Admit Card along with his/her photo imposed/ embossed Valid Identity Proof on the day of the Written Test. The eligible Candidate can download their Admit Card from the NHM Official website (i.e. www.nhmharyana.gov.in) w.e.f. 04/03/2021 by 3:00 pm onwards, as no separate Admit Card will be issued by NHM Haryana. Candidates without Admit & Valid Identity Cards will not be entertained for appearing in the written test.
Haryana CHO written test to be held on 07 March 2021 from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm. The applicants carrying Roll No. 210001 to 210810 will have to appear for the exam at Lajpat Rai Bhawan, Sector-15, Chandigarh (UT) and those carrying Roll No. 210811 to 211524 & Roll No. 215001 to 215177 will have to appear for the CHO exam at Government College, Sector-1, Panchkula.
How to download NHM Haryana CHO Admit Cards, after its release:
1. Visit the website of the National Health Mission, Haryana i.e http://www.nhmharyana.gov.in
2. go to homepage, click on 'NHM Haryana Community-Health Officer Examination Admit card'
3. enter Enrolment No. and Date of Birth, to download their Admit Cards
4. click on 'Submit', admit card will generate
5. Download & print a copy of the same for examination purposes.
Reporting to the examination centre to begin at 10:30 am. All Candidates are advised to reach the venue before half an hour of the Reporting time. No Candidate will be allowed to enter in the exam. Centre after the given reporting time. The Roll Number-wise Sitting Plan will be displayed at Centres for Written Exam.
In view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, all candidates shall be required to follow the COVID19 Guidelines; particularly for wearing of a mask, maintaining social distance, and using sanitiser etc. at the time of appearing in Written Exam and further Counselling. Although NHM Haryana shall make necessary arrangements for sanitiser for the Candidates; even if, Candidates wish, they may carry a transparent bottle of sanitiser up to 100ml at the venue of Written Exam and Counselling Session.
