The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Monday begins its Term-End Exams at the designated centres across the country. According to the sources, the students were seen following the social-distancing and rest guidelines laid by the University. University has scheduled to conduct Term-End Examinations from February 8, 2021, to March 13, 2021, in two shifts.
IGNOU has intimated the guidelines to the students appearing for the Term-End Exams through website and Hall Tickets. The guidelines have issued by Government of India for Social Distancing and other measures pertaining to COVID-19 and will strictly be adhered to by all the examination centres.
"Students are also required to adhere to the guidelines and maintain the Social Distancing and hygiene to ensure safety and health of their own, fellow students and staff at the examination centre", a statement from the IGNOU reads.
The National Open University will be conducting the Term-End Exams (TEE) for over a month at its designated and marked centres. IGNOU recently released the Revised hall ticket and date-sheet for Theory exams beginning from Monday, February 8. Every day, the Examination will be held in two sessions, i.e. Morning Session from 10 AM to 1 PM and Evening Session from 2 PM to 5 PM.
The students appearing for the IGNOU exam can check the revised date-sheet for the Term-End Examination (December 2020) and can download the revised hall tickets from the website of the University. Students are asked to appear for the Term-End exams with IGNOU Exam Hall Ticket & ID Card. They strictly adhere to the social-distancing and other guidelines released by the Govt. of India.
