Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board (GUJCET GSEB) has released CET Admit Card 2020 release date. GSEB Board on Monday officially issued notice on Gujarat Common Entrance Test July 2020 e-admit card at gujcet.gseb.org. Applicants enrolled for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test GUJCET 2020 for admission into Engineering / Pharmacy colleges in State, using Login credentials shall download Gujarat CET Hall Ticket before 10 days of exam. Earlier GSEB board prescribed GUJCET exam date in July.
More than 1.25 Lakh applicants have applied for the GUJCET 2020. Postponing the exam date, Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board confirmed Common Entrance Test dates in July 2020.
The e-admit card of GUJCET 2020 will be released 10 days before the exam date, GUJCET intimated at website. The Gujarat GSEB board issued an official notice at website stating that the Gujarat GUJCET 2020 Hall Tickets will be issued 10 days before the examination. Postponing the exam from earlier scheduled 31 March 2020 date, Board reshuffled the GUJCET 2020 exam date in July due to Coronavirus lockdown.
In view of the prevailing situation Gujarat GSEB Board has shifted GUJCET exam in July 2020. The exam hall tickets of GUJCET 2020 will be issued on the official website of GSEB Board i.e gujcet.gseb.org, by 21 July. According to reports, more than 1.25 lakh students are expected to appear for the entrance examination.
The board has confirmed the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2020 exam date to be in July. Earlier the examination date of GUJCET 2020 was scheduled to be held on 31 March 2020, but due to the Covid19, the examinations were postponed amid non-favorable situation due to lockdown across the country. The board has now decided to conduct GUJCET exam on 31 July.
To download the GUJCET Hall Tickets applicants need to follow the following steps-
Step 1- Enter your registered Mobile Number or Email Id, which you have given while filling up GUJCET 2020 form.
Step 2- Enter your date of birth or GUJCET Application Form no.
Step 3- Enter captcha code.
Step 4- Click on Search Hall Ticket button to get GUJCET Admit Card/ hall ticket.
GUJCET Exam Scheme & Syllabus
GUJCET is organized for three Groups A, B and AB for Mathematics Group, Biology Group and Mathematics-Biology Group. The examination is conducted for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses offered by Gujarat state universities. The syllabus of GUJCET is prescribed according to the NCERT syllabus Similar to the higher Secondary classes.
Exam Pattern for GUJCET 2020-
The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) test paper will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQs). In GUJCET 2020 each subject will have 40 questions ratio from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Each question will carry one mark. The total time for solving questions in Physics and Chemistry will be 120 minutes or two hours. One hour time has been allotted for solving Biology and Mathematics section respectively. The medium of GUJCET examination will be Gujarati, Hindi and English.
