According to sources, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to notify CTET July 2020 new exam date. After postponing July 5, 2020 scheduled Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination may be conducted in the month of September with social-distancing norms, source told See latest. CTET admit card would be available online at ctet.nic.in, before 7-10 days of exam. However, the official CTET exam date is yet to be finalized by the CBSE.
It is expected that CBSE board reviewing the situation after JEE Main and NEET exams, would make an assessment and finalize the CTET exam dates. The schedule of various Competitive and other examinations, which was hit by Corona virus pandemic is on the verge to resume. After Karnataka KCET exam, National Testing Agency (NTA) has fasten its process to hold pending Engineering and Medical Entrance Examinations in the month of September. CBSE board is also expected to release CTET exam admit card before Paper 1 & 2 exam.
Candidates of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) who are eagerly waiting for the CTET July 2020 new exam date are informed to keep in touch with ctet.nic.in. CBSE board after consultation with Ministry of Education would finalize the new exam date for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). CTET Admit Card 2020:
The dates for downloading admit card will be available on CTET website for latest updates, please visit CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate report at the examination centre after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-I and candidate report after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-II.
In case of any discrepancy noticed in admit card regarding particulars of candidate, photograph and signature or any other information vary from confirmation page, he/she may immediately contact CTET Unit for necessary corrections.

CTET 2020 Exam Pattern:
CTET Paper-1 will carry 150 questions of total 150 marks. Among them 30 questions each will be asked from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
Whereas, in Paper 2 the number of questions will be 150 and each question will carry one mark. In CTET Paper 2, 30 questions each will be asked from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2 and 60 questions each from Maths and Science (for Maths and Science Teachers) Or Social Studies / Social Science (for Social Studies / Social Science Teacher).
CTET Validity: The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.
