BITSAT Admit Card 2020 to release from 13 Sept, Online exam from 16 September, BITS Pilani

Birla Institute of Technology (BITS), Pilani, shall activate Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test (BITSAT) - 2020 Admit Card Download Link for the Candidates. The Candidates shall be informed through SMS Alert of downloading their BITSAT 2020 Hall Tickets / Admission Letters from BITS Website.  BITS, Pilani, would upload in the Website the E-Admit Card / Permission Letter for downloading as per the Date declared. However, the candidates may download the E-Hall Tickets from BITS Admission Portal, which shall remain available for access and print out commencing the 13th September 2020 (1100 Hours onward) up to the 23rd Date of September (1300 Hours).

The candidates appearing in Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2020 may log into Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani Website using One Time Password (OTP) issued to them via SMS.

“The candidates appearing in BITS Admission Test 2020 for admission into the 1st Year of Integrated First Degree Programs (B.Engg / B.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Sc.) for the Academic Year 2020 - 21, could download their respective E-Call Letters / Hall Tickets from BITS Admission Portal commencing the 13th Date of September 2020 (11.00 AM onward) up to the 23rd September 2020 (01.00 PM).  The candidates must carry the prescribed documents coupled with their Admit Cards for presentation / production before the Examination Invigilator.  They must also ensure CoViD 2020 compliance, such as wearing Face Marks, wearing Plastic Protective Hand Gloves, carrying Hand-sanitizer from Home and / or use the Hand Sanitizer while entering the Examination Center.  The Candidates shall also be expected to keep Social Distance during the Examination Time.  The candidates failing to dishonor / follow the prescribed instructions may be barred from appearing in the BITSAT 2020    

Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani shall host BITSAT 2020 commencing on the 16th up to the 18th Dates of September and also on the 21st up to the 23rd September 2020.

Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test 2020 to be held on the forestated Dates shall be held at 58 Examination Centers across India including Dubai Campus of BITS (International Center).  

Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test shall be conducted in Computer Based Online Test Format for admissions into the First Year of the Integrated First Degree Programs offered at BITS, Pilani at Pilani Campus, K. K. Birla Goa Campus and Hyderabad Campus for the Academic Session 2020 - 21.

BITSAT - 2020 spans Total 03-Hour Examination Duration (without break). The BITSAT 2020 carries Maximum 450 Marks for all correct Responses, with Penalty of -01 Mark for each Wrong Answer, consists of Four (04) Parts as follows:

Part I :  Physics: 40 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions)
Part II : Chemistry: 40 Objective Type MCQs
Part III : a) English Proficiency: 15 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions &
              b) Logical Reasoning: 10 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions
Part IV : Mathematics / Biology: 45 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type
             (For B.Pharm Stream Candidates)

BITSAT 2020 comprising 150 Objective Type MCQs with choice of Four (04 Answers, only one being Nearest Correct Choice. Whereas each Correct Response shall be awarded + 03 Marks, while each Incorrect Answer fetches a Penalty of 01 Mark (-01 Mark)

Admission into the Integrated First Degree Programs for the Academic Session 2020 - 21 remain subject to the  stipulated guidelines in the Information Bulletin.

The candidate should have obtained Minimum Aggregate 75% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) Subjects (if he / she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or Minimum Aggregate 75% Marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) subjects (if he / she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in Senior Secondary Examination  / 12th Board Examination, with Minimum 60% Marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Physics, Chemistry, & Biology (PCM / PCB) Subjects.
