AP EAMCET 2021 Admit Card Released @sche.ap.gov.in; Website Goes Down

SCHE AP on Thursday, August 12 has released the admit card of AP EAMCET 2021 entrance test. Candidates who have registered for the common entrance test now can check and download their admit cards.

JNTU Kakinada on behalf of the State Council of Higher Education, Andhra Pradesh (SCHE AP) released the TS EAMCET 2021 admit card on its official website sche.ap.gov.in. However, soon after this, the official website crashed due to Network errors and technical glitches.  AP EAMCET 2021 exam will be conducted on August 19, 20, 23, 24 & 25. 

The candidates who have registered for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, & Medical Common Entrance Test 2021 will be able to check and download their admit cards once the website starts functioning.

In order to download the AP EAMCET 2021 admit card, candidates need to visit the website sche.ap.gov.in. Thereafter, they have to click on "Hall Ticket - AP EAMCET 2021 Examination". Doing so will lead the candidate to a new login window. To access, one needs to enter his/her registration number and password. Upon successful login, admit card will appear on the screen. They have to download and take a print copy of the same for future reference.

Earlier, based on schedule and several media reports, the state council stated that it will issue AP EAMCET 2021 hall ticket on August 12, 2021. Even on the basis of past trends, the organizing agency has been issuing the hall ticket approximately 7 days before the examination. In 2020, JNTUK released the AP EAMCET hall tickets on Sept 10. Whereas, the exams were scheduled to start on September 19, 2020.

Similar to last year, the entrance test carrying 180 multiple-choice questions will be conducted at designated exam centres across Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Telangana State. According to the pattern, 40 questions each will be asked from Chemistry and Physics. Whereas, a total of 80 questions will be based on Mathematics. The medium of the entrance test will be English and Telugu. All questions have to be answered in a duration of 3 hours.

For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded to the candidate, whereas there is no provision of negative marking in the examination. An unmarked answer will bear no marks.

The AP EAMCET exam is conducted with an aim to shortlist applicants for first-year admissions into Engineering, Biotech, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Pharma & other courses in participating Colleges/ Universities of Andhra Pradesh. This year, the entrance test is scheduled to be held from August 19 to September 07, 2021. The process is delayed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
