National Testing Agency (NTA) has released AISSEE 2022 admit card on the official websites aissee.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. Students who have registered for NTA All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2022 for Class 6 or 9 can download their admit cards using the application number and date of birth. AISSEE 2022 will be conducted on January 09, 2022 (Sunday). For admission to Class VI, the entrance exam will be held from 02.00 pm to 04.30 pm while for Class IX, the will take place from 02.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
While releasing the AISSEE 2022 admit cards, NTA has also displayed an advance intimation regarding the examination city. Students who have applied can check the city intimation using their registration credentials.
In order to download the AISSEE admit card 2022 candidates have to login at aissee.nta.nic.in. Then scroll down the page and click on the link reading, "Advance Intimation for Examination City". In a new window to access the admit card, students need to enter their application number and date of birth. They have to appear for the examination at the given center on the date and timing indicated in the admit card.
In case the candidate is unable to download Admit Card from the website, the candidate should approach the NTA helpline between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Similarly, in case of any discrepancy in the details filled by the candidate either in photographs or signatures shown in the AISSEE 2022 Admit Card, the candidate may immediately approach the Helpline between Monday and Saturday.
On the examination day, the invigilator will check to admit cards of the candidates to ascertain the identity of each candidate. The Invigilators will also put their own signature in the place provided in the answer sheet and on the attendance sheet.
Earlier, the AISSEE 2022 admit cards were supposed to be released 15 days before the examination on the website of NTA i.e. aissee.nta.nic.in. But the process was delayed due to some unknown reasons.
For Class 6, the entrance test will comprise 125 questions carrying a maximum of 300 marks. Multiple-choice questions in the exam will be based on Mathematics, Intelligence, Language, and General Knowledge. While in the Class 9 entrance exam, the maximum marks are 400 and questions will be asked from topics Mathematics, Intelligence, English, General Science, and Social Science. The duration of the AISSEE Exam for admission to Class VI will be 150 minutes while 180 minutes to be given for Class IX students to attempt all questions.
Sainik Schools Society (SSS) offers admissions to Class VI and Class IX for the academic year 2022-23. Admissions are based on the performance of candidates in the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2022. A candidate is eligible for admission to the Sainik Schools if he or she secures a minimum of 25 percent marks in each subject of the exam and 40 percent marks in aggregate of all the subjects of AISSEE 2022.
