Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental and Occupational Health (PGDEOH) from the ongoing session, June 2021. School of Inter-Disciplinary and Trans-Disciplinary Studies, IGNOU facilitates this one-year Diploma course to the learners. Students seeking career prospect after Class 12th (Science Stream) or Graduation can enrol for the PGDEOH programme.
The newly launched PGDEOH programme aims at various concepts related to the general environment, the environment at the workplace, related hazards and evaluation of health risk assessment by providing solutions to various aspects of environmental health occupational hazard management, epidemiology, health policy and management, and environmental health promotion.
