Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started online registration for admission to MBA, B.Ed and Post Basic Nursing programmes. Eligible and interested candidates can register online at ignouadmission.smarth.edu.in on or before the last date i.e March 20, 2021.
IGNOU will be admitting students for the MBA, B.Ed, and PB Nursing Programmes starting from January 2021 through Entrance Test, to be held on Sunday, the 11th April 2021 all over the country.
IGNOU OPENMAT XLIX OR PG Diplomas: IGNOU invites applications for Degree and Diploma programmes in Management. The admission to MBA is through an entrance test 'OPENMAT XLIX' to be held on Sunday, 11th April 2021. Eligible candidates can apply directly by lodging to ignouadmission.smarth.edu.in.
Eligibility for Admission: MBA- Any Graduate with a recognized University with 50% marks for General Category or 45% marks for Reserved Category as per Govt of India rules.
Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU is mandatory for admission to MBA. The score of the entrance test is valid only for January 2021 admission session.
B.Ed Programme Admission: The admission to the B.Ed programme is on the basis of an Entrance Test to be conducted on Sunday, 11th April 2021. The duration of the Bachelor of Education Programme is 2 years. Medium of instruction would be in both English and Hindi languages.
Eligibility for B.Ed- At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences / Commerce / Humanity.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: A three years degree program for in-service diploma holder nurses.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing a three years degree programme for in-service diploma holder nurses. Admission is based on the merit in the Entrance Test (OPENNET-IX) to be conducted on Sunday, 11th April 2021 followed by region-wise counselling. Seats are fixed for programme study centres which are located in INC approved college of Nursing across the country.
Eligibility for Admission: In-Service Nurses, that is Registered nurse and Registered Midwife (RNRM) having 10+2 with three years, Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a minimum of two years experience in the profession afer RNRM. For Male Nurses who have not done midwifery in the GNM Programme should have a certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 months duration prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery.
Note- The last date to make registration is 20th March 2021. There is no age bar for admission to the above programmes.
