The Department of Higher Education, Haryana (DHE Haryana) has started the process of online registration for Under Graduate (UG) courses on its website dheadmissions.nic.in. The last date for online submission of application at portal is August 26, 2021. Alongside DHE Haryana is going to commence the online document verification process on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. The process will continue till August 28. Whereas, the first merit list will be released on September 02, 2021.
Aspirants seeking admissions to UG courses in the colleges affiliated to state universities of Haryana can apply for admission on dheadmissions.nic.in and access the portal for registration and login. The online portal shall direct the candidate to an integrated admission form.
Registration at the online admission portal is mandatory for admission seekers except for minority colleges. In order to fill the admission form aspirants have follow these steps-
Step 1: Visit the website DHE admission portal, dheadmissions.nic.in
Step 2: Click on "New Registration" button below Online Admission 2021-22 for UG
Step 3: Then, fill in the board name, student's name, board roll number, and passing year in the required fields.
Step 4: Click on fetch data button. The details shall be auto-filled for the applicants passed from HBSE. In any other case, the students shall have to fill in their details in the form.
Step 5: Click on “SAVE AND NEXT". Fill in the details including category, and other details.
Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
Step 7: Select the district, college, college course, and course section. Then click on submit.

List of Required Documents:
A list of documents to be uploaded online by an applicant at dheadmissions.nic.in include- Scanned copy of passport size photograph, Scanned copy of signature, class 10th mark sheet, class 12th mark sheet, wherever applicable, migration certificate (required in case of other than Haryana School Education Board, Character Certificate, NCC ‘B’ Certificate, if applicable, Bharat Scouts & Guides Certificate awarded by the President of India, if applicable, Sports Certificate for weightage, if applicable, etc.
DHE Haryana Merit List 2021:
According to the admission guidelines, the merit lists shall be prepared after considering marks of the best five subjects in the qualifying examination i.e Class 12th Exams and State Reservation Policy. In addition, the provision of deferring the allotted seat by the applicant in the 1st Merit List for reconsideration in the 2nd Merit List will also be provided subject to the condition that the applicant did not get his first choice in the 1st merit list. The department will publish the UG 1st merit list on September 02, 2021. Thereafter, the fee payment process will start and be conducted till September 06. The 2nd merit list is scheduled for September 08.
The name of the applicant will appear in the Merit List after online verification of documents as per eligibility/ merit. After the appearance of the name of the student in the merit list, he/she will have to make the payment of admission charges/fees as per the admission schedule. Upon successful document verification and payment of fees, the students will be initially given provisional admission only, subject to the verification of their documents by the College and affiliating University.
Last year, the first merit list was released on October 03, 2020. A total of two merit lists were released followed by open counselling sessions on the remaining seats.
