DU Admission Registration Updates: Officials of Delhi University has confirmed that over 57,000 students have registered for the UG courses within 24 hours since the link for submission of DU online application form has been activated on the University's official portal. The students who seek admission to undergraduate courses were able to access the DU University Admission Portal after it went live at 5:00 PM on June 20, 2020. Delhi University notified that the DU online registrations will go on till July 4, 2020. Candidates who are willing to study under the varsity must complete the online form filling before the last date mentioned by the varsity.
According to reports, a varsity official revealed that as many as 57,312 aspirants have registered for the DU UG courses through the admission portal for admission to undergraduate courses, while only 18,837 students registered for the postgraduate programmes and 2,071 registered for PhD programmes till 5.30 PM on June 21, 2020. The Delhi University on June 23 is set to conduct a live webinar for addressing doubts on the process of DU Admissions 2020. Earlier, the University has clarified that the whole Admission process for undergraduate, post-graduate and P.HD courses will be conducted in a contactless basis. Everything will be made available for the convenience of the students online this year.
Reports further reveal that within four hours of opening the online registration process for UG, PG, PHD courses, as many as 5,889 registrations for application to postgraduate courses, 457 registrations for PhD programmes and 19,543 registrations for the undergraduate programmes, took place. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the DU Registration process got delayed. Last year, the DU online registration process started on May 30.

Meanwhile, due to the delay of result declaration by the Boards, Delhi University has State school Boards to directly provide the links for their class 12 or Intermediate examination 2020 results to them so that the documents can be verified online.
